NAPA Auto Parts partnered with Fixture Resource Group (FRG) to develop a merchandising solution for their new premium Carlyle Tools line, targeting young professionals and serious do-it-yourself customers. The goal was to reflect Carlyle’s high-performance brand and engage customers through storytelling and interactive product experiences at the point of sale.

  • Collaborative development process: FRG’s team worked closely with Carlyle product experts and NAPA to study the product line and create a retail experience that highlights the brand’s quality, form, and function. 
  • Innovative merchandising system: A modular, dynamic 12-foot department was designed featuring key product presentations, interactive demonstrations, and impactful graphics to capture the Carlyle brand’s serious attitude. 
  • Seamless nationwide rollout: FRG managed prototype development, testing, refinements, and executed a smooth implementation of the new system across over 600 stores, addressing all details from factory to retail floor.
