We like to think we are more than just fixture manufacturers, but a partner. The Carter’s, Macy’s - Herald Square shop proves that. 

When it was time to relocate and update Carter’s largest wholesale shop in the largest department store in the US, they came to FRG. Carter’s collaborated with the FRG Design and Development team to create a new custom shop environment at Macy’s Herald Square. The magic began with a site survey and meetings with the Macy’s and Carters team to set the ground work for the inspiration of the shop. Over the following period of 8 months FRG provided numerous drawings, renderings, models and prototypes throughout this design and development process. After final drawing approval, FRG coordinated all aspects of the installation from delivery to set up and final sign off. The new shop was met with high praise from the Macy’s and Carter’s team members and most importantly had an immediate positive impact on sales in the shop.
